Consent banner storage

The front page banner writes a consent flag into browser local storage and a first-party cookie so the banner remains dismissed. Rejecting consent clears optional entries according to the browser implementation.

Desk form submissions

The form captures name, telephone, and email rows typed into the fields. Submissions stay inside this PHP notebook unless server operators configure outbound mail; assume manual handling until an acknowledgement arrives from editor@wildcloverco.org.

Retention

Server administrators hold submission payloads according to hosting logs they govern; Wild Clover Co. does not describe third-party processor contracts here.
